New York City - places to visit

 In New York City there are so many amazing places to visit whilst you're there. 
During my trip to NYC recently I went to some of these amazing landmarks and I definitely would recommend seeing these places whilst on your visit.





Grand Central Station


Grand Central Station is such a magnificent place, the interior of the building is amazing and looks so elegant. A lot of movie and TV scenes have been captured in this station. It is a railroad terminal at 42nd Street and Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan in New York City, United States. This terminal also offers transportation, shopping and dining.







Central Park

Central park is one of New York's finest tourist areas - it is the most visited urban park in the United States.  It is also one of the most filmed locations. The park has a lot to offer such as; Horse and Carriage Tours, Ice staking, Bike Rental, Attractions and also the park has a zoo just next to it.



















9/11 Memorial

The 9/11 memorial is there to remember those who were injured and killed during the September 11 2001 attacks. It is located at the World Trade Centre Site, which was the former location of the Twin Towers. There is also a museum along side the memorial.





























Brooklyn Bridge


Brooklyn Bridge is a very famous landmark to New York; it is a very well known bridge and is also the oldest bridge in the United States as it was completed in 1883. This bridge is the passage that connects Brooklyn and Manhattan together. You can drive / walk / cycle over the bridge. You can also take awesome pictures of Manhattan on this bridge.









Top of the Rockefeller

The Rockerfeller centre is a very national historic landmark for New York city ; It is located in the centre of midtown Manhattan. This landmark is also very popular as you can take the most astonishing landscape pictures of New York.




















































Times Square

Times Square is a very popular place especially for pedestrians as it is estimated that about 330,000 pass through times square daily. Times Square is filled with very bright billboards and advertisements; the billboards make New York feel likes in daytime at night. Times Square is also often featured in many films and TV scenes.
